Len Marchese launched Rethink in 1992 to help clients think differently, achieve measurable results and position themselves to realize their greatest potential. Len is a trusted advisor to C-level executives and a self-directed leader resourceful in coordinating projects, mitigating risk, and leading teams for organizations, such as Chase, Volkswagen Credit, Brooklyn Public Library, Metropolitan Opera Association, IBM, Baker & McKenzie, and Hub International.
An excellent communicator, facilitator and mentor, Len is adept in helping others learn and embrace change. Len possesses a natural ability to synthesize and translate information into relevant use and value. He has extensive program and project management, PMO, and business analysis and technology experience.
Len is recognized for his innovation and know-how and patented technology. Previously, as a member of IBM Professional Services, Len was awarded the IBM Chairmen’s Systems Engineering Symposium Award.
Len shared his knowledge at several forums and conferences, including Columbia University’s Management and Organization Seminar, the Asia-Pacific Executive Banking Conference, Project Summit/Business Analyst World Conference, American Society of Trainers & Developers, Society for Human Resource Management, Cornell Club, and ProjectTalks Chicago.
Len enjoys cooking, going to his son’s hockey games, riding his bike along Lake Michigan and snowmobiling.
